1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the sip333 platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your Account

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one Account on the sip333 platform. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. If we detect duplicate Accounts registered under the same person, household, IP address, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts and void any associated transactions.

3.5 KYC Verification Requirements

As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations, sip333 requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your identification document. 4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sip333 accepts deposits through Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Confirmation

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-30 minutes, depending on the payment method selected. Bank transfers may take longer during non-banking hours or on public holidays. You are responsible for ensuring all deposit information is accurate, and sip333 is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect account details provided by the User. If funds are not credited within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your sip333 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds from illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name are prohibited and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Standard Users may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, while VIP tier members enjoy higher limits ranging from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 200,000,000 daily depending on tier status.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically process within 5-15 minutes. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks generally complete within 15-60 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed the next business day. VIP members receive priority processing with expedited payout times.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. If you have claimed a bonus, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing any funds. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. If you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in cumulative wagers before requesting a payout. This requirement prevents our platform from being used as a money transfer service. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, or exploitation of software errors, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, and any User found engaging in such activities will have their Account suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected bonus abuse.

6.3 Promotional Changes and Cancellations

sip333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already claimed and active in your Account, but will apply to all future bonus claims. Promotional eligibility is determined solely by sip333, and we may exclude certain Users from promotions at our discretion, particularly in cases of prior bonus abuse or Account violations.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity and RTP

If you choose to self-exclude, your Account will be immediately closed for your selected period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Attempting to open additional Accounts while self-excluded violates this Agreement and will result in permanent ban from sip333 services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the sip333 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game displays, and compilation of User-generated content, is the property of sip333 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The sip333 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks owned by the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While sip333 strives to maintain continuous Service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime, and Users acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

13. Account Termination and Suspension

sip333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, abuse bonuses, or exhibit behavior we deem harmful to the platform or other Users. Upon termination, any remaining genuine funds in your Account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations) will be returned to you following deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.

14. Amendments to Terms

sip333 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
